1. Description

 AD-0103 is a general phosphorus scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis system, which can effectively prevent the deposition of inorganic salts on the membrane surface.

 AD-0103 a high efficient and high concentrated solution that is applicable to various types of membrane products provided by leading manufacturers in the world, such as Dow Membranetc, Hydranautics, Toray, CSM and Koch.

 AD-0103 allows LSI ≤2.8 without acid.

 AD-0103 is especially effective in controlling iron, aluminum and heavy metal pollutants, and can be used to disperse the scaling of iron oxide and aluminium oxide.

 AD-0103 can effectively inhibit the aggregation and deposition of silicon. The concentrated water allows SiO2≥290ppm.

3. Directions for Use

 AD-0103 is an efficient scale inhibitor and dispersant which can be used to reduce the investment and the operation cost of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) equipment and systems. In addition, chemical dosing equipment is required to be equipped due to the corrosive product.

 The recommended dosing point shall be preferably at the position before the security filter device.

 The diluted solution shall be used as soon as possible in order to obtain best performance.

 Appropriate dosing amount shall be calculated by special dosing software according to local water quality conditions.

4. Shelf Life

 12 months under ambient temperature of 25 °C, cool and shielded environment.

5. Package

 AD-0103 is a 8X concentrated solution reverse osmosis scale inhibitor. 27.55kg concentrated solution/barrel. It should be 220.44kg standard solution by 8 times of dilution (27.55×8).
